Men at Work
While on a walk with wife Trudi on the crowded Montour Bike and Walking Trail south of Pittsburgh last week we came upon four construction workers taking a break on a rooftop.
As I took their photo I yelled to them to wave and jokingly accused them of violating local social distancing ordinances, but they didn’t understand my lingo.
They were a rare sight, Covid-19 or no Covid-19 shutdown. Too few Latinos live in Pittsburgh (barely more than 2 percent last I checked) and the city still suffers from a lack of taco stands.
The guy on the far left was giving me a thumbs up, not the finger.
